The roha company philosophy

Progressive? Of course!

In terms of longevity, sustainability, economics, or progressiveness: in these areas (as in the most important areas), nature always proves to be the best teacher. A conviction that has always defined thoughts and actions at roha. For this reason, the Bremen based family company found it a natural choice to prioritise the highest quality time and again from the very beginning: in the selection of mostly plant-based raw ingredients, in development and production and in monitoring and marketing.

Nature – our business model

A holistic approach is a cornerstone and at the same time an objective of roha corporate culture. In this way, a seamless value chain ensures consistently quality-controlled production by the shortest possible route under one roof. In addition, as an umbrella brand, roha stands for a network of reputable manufacturers of phytopharmaceutical products. Last but not least, roha offer an increasing number of contract customers the opportunity to make use of services and expertise in a modular scope, in order to produce their own products. A versatile portfolio for which the family-owned company tradition proves to be a vital link.

Old values, new openness

The corporate and personal commitment of the Berghöfer family – now in its third generation – gives the company’s development something very precious: time, and therefore the freedom to find the most successful combination of long-term planning and short-term decisions. Through the current generation and management change, the tried and tested structure as a family company is maintained, which ensures that new flexibility and other markets can be developed in the future.
