The roha logistics centre is considered as an additional location and external warehouse for companies. The convenient location in close proximity to the Bremer Kreuz and the direct connections to the A1 and A27 provide ideal conditions for rapid and targeted logistics processing.
Logistics centre
The roha logistics centre is equipped with a separate cooling and quarantine warehouse and meets the requirements of GMP warehousing. Orders from different manufacturers are pooled here daily for deliveries and sent to chemists and wholesalers to exploit the most synergy effects possible. Using modern ERP solution (GUS-OS), current inventories and logistical processes can be understood and accessed at any time.

Incoming goods and storage: intelligent, integrated, in-house
Thorough inspection of incoming goods followed by registration in the ERP system. We take over the entire GMP and AMG compliant warehousing, inventory control and inventory management and provide regular information about the current inventory.
Order acceptance: all possibilities
We accept orders via the free hotline, fax, e-mail or by post. In addition, a responsive team is available to answers all questions and give competent advice.
Commissioning: perfect pooling

Dispatch: in Germany and worldwide
We supply chemists, health and beauty retail outlets, retail food stores and pharmaceutical wholesale in Germany every day from our distribution centre. Delivery is in the hands of experienced logistics partners. They provide for appointment deliveries, collections and replacement and subsequent deliveries – right down to dispatch via land, sea and air freight traffic worldwide. Shipment tracking via the internet and the option of requesting proof of delivery ensure a high level of transparency.
Collection: pay, please
After delivery of the orders, we invoice the shipped goods on behalf of the customer. In addition, we will process your payment transactions and the complete dunning process.
Recall management: quick assistance
We move as quickly as possible on the acceptance and processing of returns and complaints as soon as something goes wrong: If necessary, we also carry out recall operations which are controllable by batch.
Marketing/sales: and now let’s get to advertising
We perform active sales assistance in the area of in marketing/sales, for example, by accessories kit special offers/well inserts (flyers, samples and promotions), faxes and mailings, as well as the individualisation of invoices.
Import/export handling: world class
For global shipment we set the wheels in motion to provide perfect logistics. Our services include: sanctioned list screening, L/C processing, origin of goods and preferences, customs clearance, provision of tariff information, preparation of preference documents, clearance of veterinary and plant protection, management of supplier statements, legalisation of documents at the Chamber of Commerce and Embassy, Intrastat and confirmations of arrival.
AEO-F certification: advantage in accordance with guideline
Since November 2012, roha arzneimittel GmbH has been certified as an “authorised economic operator” of the European Union for “customs simplification/security” (AEO-F – Authorised Economic Operator). This certification helps improve the security of international process chains. Holders of the certificate benefit, inter alia, from customs simplifications.
